Customer Care representatives are available to assist you (all times Eastern Time Zone):

Monday thru Thursday from 7:30 A.M. to 6:00 P.M.
Friday from 7:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.

After hours, leave a message and one of our Customer Care representatives will be notified of your call and will respond in a timely manner.

Plan Ahead!

Don't let time be your enemy! Order days or even weeks in advance and we will ensure that your meals arrive on time.

Restaurant and caterer lead times vary, so please contact Customer Care if you have any questions. We do understand that last minute needs happen and we will do everything we can to accommodate last minute orders on a case by case basis. Payment Methods

In addition to the four major credit cards, paying via a house billing account is available for approved busineses. Additional copies of receipts can be emailed, faxed or mailed to wherever you need them. Customer Care will be glad to assist you with this.
