The founders, Stacy & Kevin, decided that, in keeping with their "chick" theme, they would differentiate between the flavors by giving them fun, descriptive, "chick" names. So...should you ever waste an opportunity to tell someone they are special to you? Absolutely not! Hence, each chicken salad is named after a chick that holds a special place in the hearts of the founders.
